This was my first full year as an Independent AVON Sales Leader. I thought I would share some of the highlights of my AVON 2010.
I joined in Sept 2009, so was really finding my feet during the Christmas season. It was great because I built up my customer rounds really quickly, which gave me immediate cash, straight before Christmas. I still sell AVON to my friends, family and neighbours. It’s a lot of fun and it’s also good money.
In 2010, I decided to really focus on building a team of AVON representatives and Sales Leaders. This has been a hugely fun and rewarding challenge, as I’ve met lots of great people and they have earned cash from being representatives and sales leaders. I have just simply got them started and helped them when they need it. I am not their boss, just really their success coach.
My AVON 2010 team sales were over £320,000, which I am really pleased about, as it was my first full year as a Sales Leader. This year already (as I write), my team sales are up 69% above last year – so the team is really rocking.
The keys to my AVON 2010 success has been:
- Getting representatives started properly – giving them support and tips to get great sales
- Helping representatives when they come across a challenge
- Praising and Motivating my team of representatives (I ran a Spa Day for 2 incentive in 2010)
